1.黄花鱼刮鳞,刨肚去肠,清洗干净;

2.在鱼两面各斜切2刀,撒少许的盐、料酒腌渍十分钟,在鱼盘中摆放葱段,放上鱼,鱼身上摆上葱姜;

3.蒸锅放水,大火烧开,放入鱼盘,大火蒸10分钟左右;

4.蒸好的鱼;

5.倒掉鱼盘中的汤,去掉葱姜,浇上蒸鱼豉油;

6.在鱼上摆放葱丝、红椒丝;

7.炒锅放橄榄油,放入花椒爆出香味;

8.去掉花椒,热油倒在鱼上即可;
小窍门&温馨提示
蒸鱼的时间根据大小来定,开水上锅。黄花鱼和黄鱼不是一样的鱼,吃出了鱼脑石,就是黄鱼,这条与没吃出鱼脑石,就是黄花鱼。
